Getting Started

Do we accept DVA cards as a form of payment?

At this stage, we don’t accept DVA (Department of Veterans’ Affairs) cards, gold or any other level as a form of payment. This may be something we can facilitate in the near future.

Do you offer any discounts for partners or family members who sign up together?

At this stage, we don’t offer family or partner discounts. Each Everlab program is priced individually, as it already includes comprehensive testing and medical support. We’ll be sure to let our community know if this changes in the future.

Can I gift an Everlab program?

Of course! You can gift an Everlab program to a friend or loved one here. The recipient will be able to begin their program on the date you choose. Please note, we don’t currently offer gift cards — the gift is applied directly as a full program.

Does medicare cover the costs of the program?

All tests covered by Medicare are already included in the price. We collect the medicare rebate on your behlaf so the price you pay is the out of pocket cost.

Why does the program begin with a $299 deposit?

It secures your place in the program. Due to high demand, we use the consultation to reserve a spot for you, ensuring you don’t miss out while spaces are limited. It’s also the best way to personalise your care—meeting with one of our Longevity Doctors allows us to assess your health risks, answer your questions, and recommend the most suitable program before you commit. It gives you the chance to build trust with your doctor and with Everlab, so you can move forward with confidence.

Where is Everlab located?

The Everlab program is available in NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, ACT and WA.

Everlab partners with multiple diagnostic facilities in each state, giving you flexibility and convenience when completing your tests.

Once you join the program, we’ll guide you to book your tests at the location nearest to you.

You can find a list of every diagnostic facility here.

How does Everlab collect my available historical medical records?

Once you join Everlab, our team begins manually collecting and mapping your past medical records with your consent. We contact providers you've tested with in the past to gather available information—even before your first consultation, when possible. Your doctor will then help guide the process to request additional records, especially those that are harder to access, to ensure the most complete view of your health. While not all records may be retrievable, we continuously follow up to collect more over time. You can also upload any past results directly into your app, where they’ll be automatically analysed and visualised.

What happens after you complete all your testing?

Once your testing is complete, that’s when the real magic begins. Your Everlab care team—which includes your doctor, nutritionist, and coach—will come together to interpret your results and design a personalised health protocol, which becomes your action plan.

This protocol may include:

  • Targeted supplementation to address any deficiencies or optimise specific biomarkers
  • Medications, if clinically necessary and agreed upon with your doctor
  • Lifestyle recommendations—like changes to your sleep, nutrition, movement, or stress management habits
  • Ongoing tracking via your Everlab app

We’ll guide you step-by-step through what to do, why it matters, and how to stay on track.

Does Everlab offer executive health checks?

Yes. You can explore our corporate and employer offerings here.

Can my Everlab doctor become my regular GP?

The Everlab program specialises in preventative care, and we are a not a replacement of your existing GP relationship. Please continue to see your regular GP for acute medical issues.

Can I choose to only do some of the tests in the program?

Everlab is a comprehensive health program—not a provider of one-off tests. Our medical team, led by Dr Steven Lu, has carefully designed end-to-end programs to deliver meaningful, long-term value to our members. While diagnostic assessments are part of what we do, our approach goes far beyond just testing. Our goal is to help you improve your overall health, and that requires more than simply running a test—it requires a holistic, personalised care journey.

Are MRI scans available as part of the program?

Yes, we offer full body MRI scans and other advanced screening like CT coronary angiograms, comprehensive skin checks and genetic testing through our add-on modules. These add-on tests are additional costs on top of the program fees.

More information can be found here under program add ons.

How can I delete my account or data?

You can delete your account at any time. To delete your account, please contact support@everlab.com.au.

Please note, all medical practices in Victoria and NSW have a legal requirement to hold your data for 7 years in case of an audit from regulatory bodies (we need to be able to show we provided you with appropriate care). After the 7 year period has elapsed, we'll delete your records in full.

Can my employer cover the cost of membership?

Yes, Everlab's programs are often sponsored by employers. We have created bespoke programs for small businesses and large corporates.

Feel free to book a call with our team to learn more.

Are private health insurance rebates available?

Currently, Everlab services are not eligible for private health insurance rebates.

In Australia, private health insurance generally covers hospital treatment and some allied health services (like physiotherapy or dental), but it does not cover standard medical consultations such as those provided by Everlab. However, if our doctors identify the need for additional investigations during your health assessment—such as a colonoscopy or other specialist procedures—they may refer you to external providers. In these cases, you may be able to use your private health insurance, depending on your level of cover and the type of service.

We always recommend checking with your health fund to confirm what is included in your policy.

Are there any additional costs?

Your program fee covers all diagnostic testing, doctor consultations, and ongoing health guidance. There are no additional costs.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, we offer flexible payment plans for our Protocol program only. The Everlab Diagnostic program does not offer a payment plan.

After your onboarding consultation you can request access to a payment plan.

Is the $299 deposit refundable?

Yes, the $299 deposit is refundable if you decide to cancel before your onboarding consultation with your Everlab doctor. However, once the consultation has taken place, the deposit becomes non-refundable, as it covers the cost of the first phase of the program—including the medical review, consolidation of your historical health data, and analysis of your medical risks.

What if I decide not to continue after paying the deposit?

We understand that committing to a health program is a big decision—and it’s important to us that you feel completely comfortable with it. That’s why, after your onboarding consultation and medical risk profile review, you’ll have a clear picture of what the program involves and whether it’s the right fit for you.

If you decide not to continue after this first phase, you can simply opt out with no further cost. We don’t lock anyone in, and we never hold people to a program that doesn’t feel right for them.

What does the $299 deposit cover?

The $299 deposit covers your onboarding consultation with your Everlab doctor.

During this session, your doctor will:

  • Review your available past medical results (blood work, imaging, and diagnostics) that we manually collate for you.
  • Show you detailed biomarker trends over time
  • Benchmark your results against personalised factors like age, gender, ethnicity, and health history
  • Identify any elevated health risks and explain your medical risk profile
  • Recommend the most relevant diagnostic assessments for your unique needs

This gives you a clear, data-driven overview of your current health and expert guidance on the next steps—so you can make informed decisions about your longevity and preventative care.

What is the program cost?

You can begin your Everlab journey with just a $299 deposit. This gives you the opportunity to experience the first phase of the program—your onboarding consultation and medical risk analysis—before committing to the full program. If you choose to continue, the remaining program fee will be either $900 or $2,700, depending on which of our two programs your Everlab doctor recommends based on your medical risk profile.

This fee covers all recommended diagnostic testing, follow-up appointments with our clinical team, and a full re-testing and progress review at six months.

You can view a detailed outline of the pricing here.

Can I join the program with my partner?

Yes, many members find it valuable to do the program with their partner, friends or family, as health often affects the people around us.

Let us know if you’d like to do your testing together once you sign up and we can arrange this for you.

Can I refer someone to join Everlab?

Yes. We encourage you to refer friends, colleagues, or loved ones who could benefit from our program. You can refer them through our referral portal here.

How is Everlab different from a corporate health check?

As an Everlab member, you’ll have over 100 biomarkers tested regularly, with expert clinical insights from real doctors. Beyond standard health checks, Everlab includes advanced physical assessments (such as VO₂ Max), DEXA body scans, historical data consolidation, and access to our member app—making it the most comprehensive preventative health program in Australia.

When does the diagnostic testing take place?

Your diagnostic assessments usually kick off within a week after your Onboarding Consult with your doctor. Most members complete their initial diagnostics assessments within 4 weeks of joining the program.

Once I join is there a wait time to get started?

Once you pay the program deposit of $299 you can book in your onboarding consult right away. The next available appointment is usually within 3-4 days.

What are the eligibility criteria to join the program?

The Everlab program is currently not available if you:

- Are under 18 years of age
- Are undergoing cancer treatment
- Are currently pregnant
- Are unable to travel to one of our diagnostic labs

If you don’t meet any of these criteria, you can join the Everlab program. We will be expanding our scope of practice in the future.

Are additional tests available?

We offer four additional modules, available exclusively to Everlab members at an additional cost:

  • Advanced Cardiac Imaging (CTCA, video results walkthrough, risk analysis, personalised next steps) – $1,499
  • Whole Body Cancer Screening (MRI and CT scan, video walkthrough, risk analysis, personalised next steps) – $2,999
  • Comprehensive Skin Check$215
  • Preventive Genetic Test$1,199

These tests have eligibility requirements and are only available as part of an Everlab program, following a consultation with your Everlab doctor. We do not offer them as standalone tests—they are integrated into our comprehensive care approach to ensure they are clinically appropriate and delivered in the right context.

What's tested in the program?

We offer the most comprehensive range of head-to-toe diagnostics in Australia, covering heart health, metabolic function, autoimmune conditions, kidney and liver health, hormones, bone and muscle health, aerobic capacity and more.

View the complete list of tests here.

Are doctor consultations in-person or via telehealth?

All Everlab doctor and nutritionist consultations are delivered via telehealth. This isn’t a compromise—it’s designed to give you greater flexibility and better access to care. During your video consultation, your doctor will visually share and explain your results, ensuring you understand everything in detail. You’ll also benefit from access to the best practitioners for your needs, no matter where you live.

How is my personal and medical data secured?

Your personal and medical data is protected using industry-leading security practices. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and stored with bank-grade AES-256 encryption. Access to your records is strictly limited to you, your Everlab clinicians, and authorised systems.

We use advanced endpoint security software (Nightfall), enforce multi-factor authentication across all systems, and manage access keys with best-practice credential security—including regular key rotation. Our team uses automated tools and external security contractors to review code and manage vulnerabilities.

To further strengthen our commitment to data security, we’re actively completing ISO 27001 certification through Vanta.

Are there any in-person appointments?

You need to visit our clinics or partner labs to complete your diagnostic assessments in person (e.g. pathology, imaging, physical assessment). All other consultations with our clinical team will be completed via telehealth.

View all our diagnostic faciliity locations here.

Can I speak with someone before joining?

Of course. You can book a free discovery call with our team at anytime.
