Yes. You can explore our corporate and employer offerings here.
The Everlab program specialises in preventative care, and we are not a replacing your existing GP relationship. Please continue to see your regular GP for acute medical issues.
Everlab is a comprehensive health screening program, so we don’t offer one-off tests. Our medical team, led by Dr Steven Lu, has specifically designed the end-to-end program to ensure it is as valuable as possible for our members. While we do provide diagnostic assessments, we do so much more than just 'test you'. Our goal is to improve your overall health, and that requires more than simply running a test.
Yes, we offer full body MRI scans and other advanced screening tools like CT coronary angiograms, comprehensive skin checks and genetic testing through our add-on modules. More information can be found here under membership add ons.
You can delete your account at any time. To delete your account, please contact support@everlab.com.au.
Please note, all medical practices in Victoria and NSW have a legal requirement to hold your data for 7 years in case of an audit from regulatory bodies (we need to be able to show we provided you with appropriate care). After the 7 year period has elapsed, we'll delete your records in full.
Yes, Everlab's programs are often sponsored by employers. We have created bespoke programs for small businesses and large corporates.

Currently, Everlab services are not eligible for private health insurance rebates. In Australia, private health insurance generally covers hospital treatment and some allied health services (like physiotherapy or dental), but it does not cover standard medical consultations such as those provided by Everlab.
However, if during your health assessment our doctors identify a need for additional investigations—like a colonoscopy or other specialist procedures—they may refer you to external providers. In these cases, you may be able to use your private health insurance depending on your level of cover and the type of service.
We always recommend checking with your health fund to confirm what is included in your policy.
Your program fee covers all diagnostic testing, doctor consultations, and ongoing health guidance. There are no additional costs.
Yes, you can request for the program fee to be paid in monthly over 12 months - this is available only on the Protocol program.
Instead of paying $2,700 upfront, you can opt for a 12-month payment plan at $250 per month (totaling $3,000). This plan includes a 10% premium over the upfront price.
This will be available to you after your onboarding consultation with your doctor.
No, the $299 deposit is non-refundable as it covers the cost of running the first phase of the program, including the onboarding consultation with your Everlab doctor, consilidation of 20+ years of your histocircal medical data and analysis fo your medical risks.
We understand that committing to a health program is a big decision—and it’s important to us that you feel completely comfortable with it. That’s why after your onboarding consultation and medical risk profile review, you’ll have a clear picture of what the program involves and whether it’s the right fit for you.
If you decide not to continue after this first phase, you can simply opt out with no further cost. We don’t lock anyone in, and we never hold people to a program that doesn’t feel right for them.

The $299 deposit covers your comprehensive onboarding consultation with your Everlab doctor.
During this session, your doctor will:
- Review your past medical results (blood work, imaging, and diagnostics) from the last 20 years
- Show you detailed biomarker trends over time
- Benchmark your results against personalised factors like age, gender, ethnicity, and health history
- Identify any elevated health risks and explain your medical risk profile
- Recommend the most relevant diagnostic assessments for your unique needs
This gives you a clear, data-driven overview of your current health and expert guidance on the next steps—so you can make informed decisions about your longevity and preventative care.
You can begin your Everlab journey with just a $299 deposit. This gives you the opportunity to experience the first phase of the program—your onboarding consultation and medical risk analysis—before committing to the full program.
If you choose to continue, the remaining program fee will range from $900 to $2,700, depending on what tests your Everlab doctor recommends for you based on your medical risk profile.
