Does Everlab offer executive health checks?

Yes. You can explore our corporate and employer offerings here.

Can my Everlab doctor become my regular GP?

The Everlab program specialises in preventative care, and we are not a replacing your existing GP relationship. Please continue to see your regular GP for acute medical issues.

Can I choose to only do some of the tests in the program?

Everlab is a comprehensive health screening program, so we don’t offer one-off tests. Our medical team, led by Dr Steven Lu, has specifically designed the end-to-end program to ensure it is as valuable as possible for our members. While we do provide diagnostic assessments, we do so much more than just 'test you'. Our goal is to improve your health, and that requires more than simply running a test.

Are MRI scans available as part of the membership?

Yes, we offer MRI scans and other advanced screening tools like CT coronary angiograms through our add-on modules. More information can be found here under membership add ons.

How can I delete my account or data?

You can delete your data at any times. To delete your account and data, please fill out the form here.

Can my employer cover the cost of membership?

Yes, Everlab's programs are often sponsored by employers. We have created bespoke programs for small businesses and large corporates. Please share more details about what you might be looking for here.

Are private health insurance rebates available?

Are there any additional costs?

Your membership fee covers all diagnostic testing, doctor consultations, and ongoing health guidance. There are no additional costs.

Can I pay for the membership monthly?

We don’t currently offer a monthly payment option. The program is designed for long-term benefits over a year, so we believe in committing to the full experience to achieve meaningful results.

Is the $299 desposit refundable?

No, the $299 deposit is non-refundable as it covers the cost of running the first phase of the program.

What if I decide not to continue after paying the deposit?

If you decide the program isn’t for you after the first phase, you can cancel your membership with no further charge. The $299 deposit is non-refundable as it covers the costs of the first phase of the program.
